Two other Vale players who have donned a Barrow shirt in the past - Luke Joyce and Tom Pope - are under contract to the club.

Luke has fond memories of his brief stint at HS & in hindsight wished he stopped on for the rest of the season following our FA Cup run under D&D, sounded pleasantly surprised when hearing we train at Rochdale & shares the same agent as IE.

I can't see Dobbie wanting to leave unless Raith overturn the first leg playoff deficit and QOS are relegated, which is highly unlikely (I hope).

What about Jordan Williams. Been released from Rochdale. I'd look backwards if it meant him coming back.

I don't think Bennett or Williams would want to take such a drop in wages to fit into our budget. On the other hand I don't know what our budget is for the forthcoming season.
