Not October yet, but not looking that hopeful.

I am amazed that punters have been allowed into racing today. If you remember it was the Cheltenham Gold cup meeting just prior to lockdown starting that was a contributory factor.

Re: Fans Returning to Stadiums
The social distancing was being enforced and so somebody being removed for breaking the rules threw a punch at a steward, hardly fighting is it. The family member catching it at the raiders goes to the top of the list of nonsense you have made up to try and win an argument unless the results from testing are immediate, your family member had a negative test on the way in and a positive test at once after leaving. Shall I now assume you think I'm named Hadrian and still live in Swarthmoor? I'm sure you won't take this advice but your rants on here are not giving a very good impression. It really is best you don't answer.PerthBluebird wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 12:04 pmNot really when a family member went an contracted the illness from that event and had not seen the memo put out by raiders was not contacted by phone or text so back in your hole Hadrian. Suppose the fighting was fabricated story as well down there that was in the paper and the assault on the staffSefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:54 am
Again hearsay... You've not been, you don't know. Clearly you have a gripe with the rugby like everyone and everything else. Shall we not clog the pages up and bore each other? I'm not expecting an answer.

Re: Fans Returning to Stadiums
Why oh why pick on Cheltenham? About 170000 people attended Cheltenham but millions that week used the tube in London. I don’t hear that getting mentioned Racecourses are again banned from allowing small attendances at racecourses that are in wide open vast spaces but the government are encouraging people to return to work using public transport ie the tube in London. You couldn’t make this crap up. Oh but hang on this government is as it bumbles along

Exactly these rules are just a way of control, ffs there is barely anyone dying or hospitalized now, you are encourged to go to work on packed trains, offices etc yet we cant have people stood in outside place social distancing, this isn't going away without a vaccine so do we constantly live by these restrictions as they'll be barely any businesses never mind football clubs racecourses etc this time next yearMain Stand SeasonTct wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 2:55 pmWhy oh why pick on Cheltenham? Today and today only. Rest of the week now won’t be used as trial and will be back behind closed doors

Scaremongering rubbish.... Perhaps you should fire your attitude towards Bodger Johnson after today.Van Der Nipper wrote: ↑Mon Sep 07, 2020 5:48 pmStop with your scaremongering rubbishSefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Mon Sep 07, 2020 5:30 pm National infection rate doubles in 24 hours to 6,000.... I have a bad feeling we won't get back soon. I hope I'm wrong but think another national lock down is now likely.

Re: Fans Returning to Stadiums
Oh right was it aimed as van der nipper we are all frustrated that we can't go typical first season in 48 years in the league and we can't go feel so sorry for the club we had no promotion celebrations or open top bus the shine was definitely taken off in my opinionand still is with not being allowed to attend
Re: Fans Returning to Stadiums
This isn't looking good for a return to stadiums soon people, (not scaremongering) just catching the news and rules on social gathering. As fed up as we all are, could be a season watching on ifollow.

Re: Fans Returning to Stadiums
No one knows whats going to happen but todays news was more social gatherings. Sports events can have up to 1000 people during test phase but this is social distancing. Fingers crossed as mentioned tonight that from 1st October fans should be allowed in grounds, although we'd have to wait until the 10th

Apology accepted in advance.
