Clemence says they are looking at the free market but they won't be fit so would need to build up.

I remember Newby playing in the gotts role last season, we need to at least try something like this or put Worrall in there he's intelligent enough to play there, to keep playing Foley as people have said is madness because all he needs to get a knock at his age and he'll be out for weeks!

Charlie Weston looked fine against Bolton surely he could step in for Foley ?

49 minutes into the post-match on RC and we've had Adam's brief summary and Stephen Clemence's interview without any analysis. The rest has been Carlisle, Carlisle, Carlisle...boo hoo hoo. And it has nothing to do with the input from fans. They've hardly referred to Carlisle fans' comments.

Just don't turn it on. It's embarrassing every week. I haven't bothered for a couple of years now. Have I missed anything?

What was wrong with Dallas today? Not even on the bench. He didn’t look too happy at Chelsea, when he didn’t get to go on as a sub.

If they’re in a crisis it’s all about them, if they’re doing well it’s all about them, just the way it is.

Adams commentary is spot on and enjoy listening, after that there's zero point leaving the wireless on!

Shame on radio Carlisle!

Disappointing result but to be fair it was expected after Tuesday nights blockbuster. Injuries sound concerning and not what we need.

He’s not done enough when he’s played to get into the squad. That’s what’s up with him

It's been a good while (years) since we've had injuries to key players at the same time. It'll be a case of managing the available squad through this period and we will have to accept that results may be indifferent.

As for Foley, you could drop Spence back in the midfield two and play Garner at the 10.

Farman picked up a thigh strain at Chelsea could be out 5/6 weeks.

Why did he not come off then?
