2. Neither is finished and that AFAIK contains traditional aspects and players that folk will like.
Steve- whilst its not fair to knock anyone’s hard work going into this and the fact its unfinished, its the idea for it (on the Crossbar wall especially), that doesn't appear to have gone down well. Perhaps if the club did a feature on it fans could see a reveal of what the end result will look like it may help win the naysayers over?...then again maybe not. The club have to recognise this will not be to everyone’s liking.
.
Things like this should be an opportunity to have some fan input and get a feel for what the fans could suggest to go on that wall. Thats what the Trust is for right? Gaining the voice of the fans and taking it forward? Things like this would gain more support if they had fan input., given a choice. Maybe it has? .
I'm not really stating an opinion, as have had a busy week. Just what I know to be facts, so we can at least stick to them. I think you can be assured the cub are getting plenty of input!

The club don't really 'have to recognise' anything and I'm not speaking on behalf of them. But in other times there has been a general hue and cry' if that was fair, then changes were made. Anything from total cashless to security companies!

I think especially in the tunnel we should wait and see. But I do think that like it or not, you have to look at a picture at the end.

In the end, the artist only works to the commission.

What is in the tunnel doesn’t bother me too much - only because it’s not on view to opposition supporters and the TV audience. The mural on the wall, a “work in progress” or not will still look like an underground covered in graffiti.
Also, this has been started last week and will still be visible as this “work in progress” for millions to see on TV for weeks or months yet.
As I’ve said (imo) graffiti doesn’t really have much of a place inside a football ground.
The two pictures are what players tunnels should look like, one is Fleetwood, why not celebrate some former players like that on the inner walls? Why not have BARROW AFC on the walls like the Dormund example. What was there before was far more professional looking, now it’s like an advert for Billy Smarts circus.

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Maybe they can cover the work in progress one up at the Steelworks End with a hoarding and have a grand unveiling by the town mayor once it’s completed.

Nobody in their right mind can possibly defend that "we are Barrow " the letters aren't even the same size etc and just what exactly is it saying? and anyway surely it should be facing team's not behind them unfortunately some members of our club's structure don't seem to have a clue about lot's of things !😥

Well, it's only behind them for half the game!

I can’t see how it’s going to look any better when it’s finished. It’s not edgy or interesting. It just looks crap.

As previously stated it looks to be tinpot. It doesn’t deserve to be amongst my six year old granddaughters best efforts from school! 😎😎

Well that's the question - is it finished or not?

What is wrong with just a plain wall? We have enough advertising boards around the pitch.
Keep it simple.

That's a cover story because they know they've messed up yet again and this is just an excuse 🙄
