First time I’ve seen Stanway in a live game and I was very impressed, so much more imposing and commanding than that appearing on the telly box. Some of those saves were next level, we are lucky to have him at present, fingers crossed we keep home for a little while longer so he can develop more and make the club a few quid as we all hope. He is on a fast track to the top!

The rest of the lads were just as amazing, great performances all round especially for the last 35-40mins, hard fought and dug deep to get the W.

Living in Birmingham, this is the only game I can get to easily and I absolutely loved the atmosphere in the away end/corner, the bragging rights are mine when I go to work at Walsall Hospital tomorrow

After having time to think about the game on Saturday, im generally struggling to think of a better performance by a Barrow keeper in the 30 years ive been following Bluebirds, it really was that good

Stanway acts as a defender
Rather than let the lads Infront deal with it he comes for it and punchs the ball .
Think on Saturday he made a double save.
He is taking control of his part of the game rather than relying totally on those Infront of him

Keep this up he will be sold within a year to a higher league club.

If I remember rightly Graham wasn't a good fit with the manager. Almost sure the manager at the time was Mickey Taylor-not really sure though.

It was Graham Nicholson, I worked with him in the yard, a great bloke and never really seemed annoyed (too much ) at what happened.
