James Jones, Platt & Zouma would be the perfect back 3 if we played that formation.

Based on what? We’ve not seen Zouma kick a ball in a Barrow shirt yet!

Take it I’m the only one who’s been hugely impressed by Ntlhe so far he’s been superb in my opinion.

He's been quality, especially as he is new & not fully tuned into the others yet, hope he is fully fit very soon.

Exactly. And he'll have to be some player to get past James Jones, Platt and Brough which I believe is our best back 3 plus Ntlhe who has also been excellent.

Really need to address the lack of goals.
Maybe the idea is fill the team with defenders and one has to play upfront with Quigs.
Think once Platt etc are fit we are ok at the back it's a midfield and striker we need.

Cant see taylor going out on loan. Penfold and Wilson would be 2 I would say that will be available in the loan market. Too many left footed left CB (not sure wilson is at the level required just yet) will keep hird as a right hand sided option if james jones gets injured.

Absolutely, no point whatsoever in bringing someone in just for the sake of adding another striker. I suppose every club is after exactly what we’re after.

Hindle must be another who could be going out on loan, especially if DD does find the elusive striker he’s after.

Hindle was in my thoughts.

Was it ever established what Hindle's contract was? It was announced as "into the season", whatever that means.

You'd be wrong because I also think he's been excellent. And there's still the young lad Burns that we haven't seen much of yet.
