Last season I think we set off at 6.30 and arrived there at about 12.45 so I presume we'll be setting off at the same time again this season. There was a reasonable pub across from the ground - The Orange Tree it was called, as well as a Wetherspoons in the centre that a few also went to.

6am John pleeese. If we are going that far, need a bit of time in the gaff.

Bath last year when we got there are 12 was a good laugh.

I fancy doing this one, hopefully with lad if the offer thingy's on again.

You'll have to ask Kieran about the price and set off time!!!

I don't remember us being at Bath as early as 12.00, I thought it was about 12.30 but it was a good day that one.
As Braintree is such a long journey that the ISC will probably lose money on I wouldn't expect any child discount (if there is one) to be as low as £10 especially if adults will have to pay £30-£35.
In addition you also have to remember that the earlier the set-off time the more hours the drivers have to be paid for, so the bigger the cost for the bus and even with 2 drivers there is a maximum number of hours they are allowed to be on a shift for - with 2 of the Eastbourne trips a 3rd driver met the bus on the way back.

Yeh I forgot you'd packed in the running of stuff Tidds, and fair point about driver hours.

I wouldn't expect any discounted price to be £10, when adults are paying £35. Somewhere between 15 and 20 maybe..

Tamworth was a really enjoyable trip on the bus, I can't afford Ebbsfleet and work and money are both scuppering Wrexham. So by Braintree I'll be chomping at the bit.

To be honest I doubt we'll be able to offer any sort of discount for a trip as long as Braintree, definitely not as low as even £20.

These sorts of trips have been touch and go everyime for the last couple of seasons, so some paying a discounted rate would probably mean we'd struggle even further.

:( Shame pal, I think that's four young uns who were keen after Tamworth won't be able to go.

But I understand the reasons ;)

Sorry to bang on about this Kieran but if we have a coach with four empty seats wouldn't it be better to get £40 for them rather than nothing. Those lads wern't a minutes bother last week and enjoyed their trip out and gave the team support.

Braintree will be well attended with it being Stu's birthday, so I'd say £15-20 for the young uns if they fancy it could work, obviously up to you's though.
