I've got to say that we were made very welcome at Rodney Parade yesterday, thank you for your hospitality. I was particularly taken by your lovely mascot K9 who came and gave each of us away fans a lolly, and me being the only female, a kiss. Bless you. Thanks for a lovely day.

Indeed, thanks to Newport - very accommodating and humble in defeat (apart from getting pelted with snowballs on the way back to the station!).
I was expecting a volatile crowd but got away with jumping around in the home end relatively abuse free (slightly disappointed tbh...).
