Clueless?

Below is the email I sent to Steve Casson with my concerns for the club.
There should be pictures here included in this that are in the email. Screen shots of the emails and the poor replies i received from the club. Theyve already been posted on the forum should you need to see them.
The main point of this post is that I emailed trying to point out the bad experiences Id had with the club and the man who is in charge of the clubs commercial dealings has just replied to the original question and failed to acknowledge the whole email.
Many fo you told me to contact the club about it all, I did. The reply I finally got was just unbeleiveable.
My name is Arron , Im a fan of Barrow AFC and I have been for many years.
2 weeks ago I emailed the club asking for a quote for 10 people to attend a corporate hospitality match next season. We wanted to know the price and how this is organised ( deposits, payments , whats included in the price etc)
Yesterday morning I emailed the club again as I had no reply to the original email. This was the reply I received

First of all. How is it possible to get someones name wrong when they've filled the contact form on the main site? Secondly, where is the urgency to close this deal? Thirdly, why do I get the feeling that this person replying to me is inconvenienced to be having to reply to my email.
Where is the information I requested? Why has it taken two weeks to get a reply? Why when the email was first seen did I not receive a reply telling me it would be looked into?
I emailed AFC Fylde with the same query and they replied straight away with prices, dates, even told us we would all get a discount on the shirt if we did it for a pre season friendly. I don't think I would ever have even considered booking with Fylde , I merely wanted some type of comparison. I emailed Gainsborough asking about their shirts. I got a reply literally 5 minutes later with a link and advice on getting a shirt a size up because they are tight fitting. Fantastic customer service! This was my reply the the offices email at Barrow AFC
This was the unbelievable response i received
** PICTURE SHOWING EMAIL REPLY OF " NOT A PROBLEM" from office@barrowafc.com **
" Not a problem" I beg to differ. I think £500 quid going somewhere else is a BIG problem. How many times has this happened? How many more sets of £500 's walk out the door each year? The club seems to have shut down over the summer. This happened every year before the takeover and it really riled fans. What plans were in place for fathers day?
Why was there no advertising to get people into the shop? Barrow Raiders did it? Why didn't we? Its not so much as shifting gear from the club shop but handing out leaflets with season ticket prices. " is this for your dad? Does he go to all the home games? Take this leaflet home and let him know it works out cheaper to get a season ticket and he could pay monthly." Simple things just don't seem to be getting done at the club. If they are and The fans arent seeing it then that is fair enough. If the club wants to engage with the community then give the fans some information on whats going on. A weekly newsletter on the official site, anything!
If I was a businessman and Id emailed the club like I did above and received that reply , I wouldnt waste my time chasing it up. The club has to be self sustainable and closing up all summer will not help us. The fans shouldn't have to work so hard to give the club money. The club just doesn't seem like they are bothered at the moment. If you would like any further feedback from myself or others then let me know because things need to change Many thanks, Arron Aston Sent from my iPhone
Here is the reply I received today after send 4 emails to him and the club asking for a response
