Next seasons kit supplier

Post by whitty1969 » Sat Apr 21, 2018 5:55 pm

Without everyone throwing the usual rubbish in.

I thought we were close to announcing our new kit supplier a couple of months ago.
It's all quiet.
Anyone know how it's progressing? Ryan?

Is it Player layer or the kit style itself. I dont buy them, but I think this seasons kit has been amongst the smartest weve had. So interested to understand why not playerlayer.

Personally going off my experience with them which involved almost 2 months of emails and phone calls all ignored before them cancelling my order, refunding me and then sending me the shirt anyway

Apart from that I think the shirt looks quality until you get up close to it. Same material as them knock off ones you can get abroad for about 2 quid.

Thing I like about Playerlayer is that they are unique to Barrow. Go with one of the main suppliers and we will get an off the shelf template kit.

Not always a bad thing tbf. More things to buy/ cheaper costs and easily available.

Player layer are too expensive.

We need a full stocked shop of affordable kit and merchandise.

Shirts £30 adults and £20 kids. This is Barrow not Arsenal

If it is BLK, anyone seen the quality of this season's Hartlepool shirts up close? They're the only club I'm aware of that they are supplying.

Looked on their website. Plenty of stock, joggers, shorts, hats, training kits etc. The quality don't look too special though.
