Why are the floodlights still on at 23.30?

Pitch
How does it make you feel to know that you voted for this?

That would of been Gareth working on the pitch. Poured down all day. Probably waited untill it cleared up

Changed times being able to afford to have the lights on.
I remember him racing up and down the pitch on the lawn mower and me cleaning in the pitch dark. Calling out to each other at intervals. Those were the days. 😄
Gareth works so hard and puts the hours in to make sure the games go ahead.

I kid you not regarding sprinklers I've been at Old Trafford numerous times and other premiership grounds and even before a game with the rain pelting down on come the sprinklers. Same at half time on they come in a downpour. Must be a silly stipulation made by the premiership and possibly the FA. Wonder if this is what Barrow have to do - put on the sprinklers whatever the weather is? One thing is certain that if they are required to do this all the players do during the first ten minutes of each half is slip over!

And risk injury. Bonkers.
