Dixon

Eardley Platt. Davies J. Jones

Kay Devitt Hardcastle Bramall

James(If fit) Quiggley

If James isn't fit, Brough left wing-back and Bramall up front with drama-queen Quiggley😉

Perhaps he wasn't at his best yesterday but he still is one of the best players in the squad in my opinion plus none of the new players shone out

Of course everyone has their own opinions but I just don't think he's played to his previous high standards since his return from injury, perhaps he might do better coming off the bench until he comes up to speed and gets his confidence back.

I really like Hardcastle, but he has had no impact on the last four or five matches since his injury. When he was taken off yesterday it seemed obvious that he'll have to make do with being on the bench for a spell.

Perhaps Donohue will be playing as a defensive anchor man like yesterday, and unlikely we'll deviate from 5-3-2 after Jolley signed all these players to fit such a system.

Something like:

Dixon
Eardley
Thomas
Davies
Platt
Brough

Biggins
Donohue
Banks

Quigley
Devitt

Can't have been easy being rushed back after a 10 week lay off and to do 90+ minutes in his first game, not sure if the captaincy hangs heavy on him, he's a young lad with the responsibility of trying to get the team moving up the league and winning again

Can not leave out Devitt for me

Assuming the same squad availability I would go ..

Dixon
Eardley Platt Davies Jones
Hardcastle
Bramall Kay
Banks
Devitt
Quigs

Subs
James could replace Devitt if fit
Biggins could replace Banks
Brough could replace Eardley
Donohue could replace Jones
Thomas for either CB
