It’s a little bit of a surprising line up for me but in MJ we trust.

Eardley captain..., what is it his 4th game for us? On loan as well...kick in the teeth for the likes of Brough and Dixon who have been here years.
Doesn’t quite sit well with me a player on loan as skipper but a minor moan......trust Jolley.

With Digby not available and to get Wes Hoolahan free to contribute, looks like we're (U's) starting with a Diamond.
Josh Kay should have some fun and our new young CB pairing couldn't have a much tougher start than Quigs at Holker Street.

A player who has played in the Premiership and every EFL division? Best man for the job I'd say

I don't think length of time served plays that much part in captain selection. Dixon, for example seems quiet and not a criticism but he probably wouldn't want to be captain. Certain players are natural leaders and are good at talking others through the game and being that calm head

wouldn't worry too much I really don't know what to make of our team. They'll be either brilliant or rubbish - no half measures with us.
