If he plays that's great for us. I thought he was absolutely awful when he played for us. Maybe he got depressed playing for Cooper. I got depressed watching us play

I got depressed at the unprofessionalism he showed by always blaming someone else for the defeats.

Also looks like he didn't exactly exceed at getting the players fit enough.

He didn't always blame someone else, he quite often blamed the wind. He'd finally have had a point today.

Zanzala and Ellis both have another year left on their contracts. Presuming both maybe returning and given a chance under a new manager.

Can’t play against us due to FA rules on players playing against parent clubs

IF Exeter were to buy him Monday could he play? He's already registered with them obviously.
And are Exeter desperate enough to get up that they'd try that?

You can't buy someone outside of a transfer window.

i'm not sure that's true - i thought you could convert a loan to a permanent move as the player is already registered with you. A bit like we did with Hardcastle when we signed him permanently a few games before the end of one season..

Lewis Hardcastle was signed on a permanent deal when we were in the National League. There is no formal transfer window so different rules apply.

there is a cut of date for signing players though - the same as the EFL - and he was signed after that because he was already registered.
It's not a big thing - just wondered if Exeter would splash a bit of cash if the "loophole" was there - and as we're safe would we accept it if they did?

Just in case anyone thinks Ozzy is tearing up trees at Exeter, read the BBC match report on yesterday’s match. He is mentioned twice in the short report: “Zanzala should have done better” and “Zanzala was again off target”. I am happy to stick with AAH as Phil Brown clearly rates him when we play to his strengths.

I remember being impressed when we "stole" him from Carlisle. Seems a lifetime ago.
