Realistically how many points do you think we’d need to sneak into the play offs. I reckon 74 points might do it. So 11 wins from 17 matches.

Recent run is 1 win from 10 in the league so I think we can simmer our hopes down a little

Just for context, Barrow reached their seventeenth League game with a 3-1 win over Colchester (hat-trick by B Waters) on 1st November. The tenth win, it left Barrow 4th so finish the season as it started...

Nice to think we will be in the play-offs, but mid-table will do for me as we build for next season.

Just a bit. Those stuffings by Stevenage and Carlisle were a reality check.

who knows, if the new signings perform cant see any reason why we cant make a challenge.

The form tables would suggest we are currently some way from getting back into the top 7. We could go on a run but would have to get back to early season form.

Think we’ve seen in recent games that realistically mid table, which would be good progress for the club.

Anywhere above 15th will do for me. Huge improvement on the last two seasons. Anything in and around the top 7 would be a legendary season.
Flip it around. We'd started the season with this run of form and then gone on a run. We'd be buzzing. Take the form out of it and the table looks good to me. Just need to never let what happened against Carlisle happen again. Other than that, the overall picture looks positive

We will peter out to mid table I think, between 12-14th, and as uninteresting as that may be we'd have all taken it at the start of the season. I think we lack the strength in depth to make a push towards the end of the season, we've seen in recent weeks that if our key players are injured or off the boil, we fall short of the top sides in a lot of areas.

Not as daft a question as it might feel. But mainly because of the bunching of teams in mid table. Reckon at least two of the play-off places are up for grabs. 70 points will probably buy you one of those but we would have to be hitting close to 2 points a game to be in with a shout realistically. In other words, early season form.

Atm I think we’ll end up somewhere between 12th and 16th. More interested in the building process for next season. Continuity will be a step towards sustainability.

We have first to get our home form back on track - no win since mid November is poor by any stretch on the imagination.

We have - Newport, Salford, Stockport, Sutton, Wimbledon, Gillingham, Crawley, Carlisle & Stevenage. How many wins or total points should we be expecting to get from those games?

We got more points in January than I expected looking at the fixtures. I’m expecting us to finish around 13th, 14th, 15th somewhere like that. Which is exactly what we all wanted pre season. Then build again on the squad in the summer, we all know there hasn’t been much depth beyond the first 11
