Is anybody else having problems from the club receiving a refund from when the Carlisle game was cancelled, tried contacting the club and visited the ticket office twice and been told is getting sorted.

i took my tickets back the day after the new date was announced for the game at carlisle and i am still waiting, dave in the ticket office says the same thing they are being processesd

My refund took about 3 days

yeah probably i just wonder how many are still waiting for payment though. i might have a word with mr hornby tomorrow and see what he has to say

I got mine sorted there and then when I took it back to the office. Can’t remember which game it was…the one before the rearranged game.

thats right dave whilst i was in the office they were giving refunds out on the card there and then ,but when i took mine back the tickets were going through the accounts department so they wouldnt change the way i was being paid back

I'm STILL waiting.

Sending mine back this week. Hopfully get my refund by July

I think if you can it's better to go in to the office. I had an unused ticket and they immediately replaced it, asking me which match I would like to choose.

All of us who actually went to Carlisle should be refunded....

All tickets had to be refunded before rearranged game was played.

You can't get a refund once the rearranged game has taken place.

Anyway that is common knowledge surely?

Went to club before rearrange game was played and still told I would have to wait, common knowledge surely.

nearly three months and STILL no refund. giving it another week then i will claim a chargeback on my credit card. Rang them this morning and some kid on the phone wasn't interested, no apology just kept saying we have loads to do.
