The man that saved Barrow AFC deserves some recognition imo at the club he saved, how about the club re-name the crossbar/steelworks end as the Brian Keen End. Would be a fitting tribute. Just a thought.

I agree with the principle but don’t think the ‘Brian Keen End’ is a particularly good name!

I agree with the principle but don’t think the ‘Brian Keen End’ is a particularly good name!
Good enough for Jimmy Anderson at Old Trafford ;)

The club said after Brians passing that when the time is appropriate they will speak with Brians family regarding a permanent recognition for him.

And that is the right and proper thing to do!
And I’m sure in the fullness of time we will have a lasting memorial and a fitting tribute to Brian for the work he and his family did and the foundations for our future they helped to lay, as that is the legacy he left for us all.
