Interesting to know Ian Woods role…..

I was told he was a CEO & sporting director but after looking on company’s check website he is down as a director? Along with the other 4 who own stakes in club.

Does this mean Wood has a stake in the club through his own money or has Hornby and or the other stakeholders made him a director?
