It seems to have gone a little quiet

I appreciate we haven’t yet reached the end of May and maybe a little early to be wondering about news coming out of the club but I thought by now we might have had some news about next season kit / friendlies and sponsors for shirt etc

I guess the club is doing much behind the scenes. The club was never really staffed to be a EFL club which may have been seen as a good short term plan but we seem rather poor when it comes to the commercial side of the club. Get the online shop packed with goods - summer holidays coming up birthdays - we very rarely seem to get this right.

I’ve long moaned about the structures at the club and I think ultimately that has cost us our football league place - poor training facilities no others teams than the first team in the long run saving money on these things has cost the club big.

Anyhow fresh slate massive reset and go again hopefully we can be slightly bigger club in the national league than we were in the past and can be one of the challengers - we need to adopt the same mentality as we had in the season we went up

Gets you wondering like. My basic understanding of things is that Mr Hornby runs an accounting company, Mr Wilkes runs an engineering company and Mr Shearer although retired, lives in the USA. Our much-loved CEO is no longer with us so it does make you wonder if we have enough boots on the ground or are The Trust running the show day-to-day?

The old bluebird club is still operating as a garage, the owners have leased it out to a firm who operates from there

" Carlisle looking for a Manager".
Not any longer.
Rob Elliot from Gateshead - They'll win that league now.

Nothing more exciting than PPS opening a barrow branch to be closer to the shipyard where they have a lot of work.
