Parachute payment is actually for 3 years.
It's not 3-years, clubs relegated from EFL L2 to NL receive 2-years parachute payments.

They have the benefit of 2-years EFL parachute money so this period would represent the best opportunity to get back to L2.

Re: Rochdale promoted

Interesting to see we had connection with both sides Jason Taylor at Rochdale and Booty and White these players may come back to haunt us next season. Bluebirds should never have let Booty go, he's a great asset in a good footballing team, which Boreham Wood are. If Tom White fancies a return, the ...

So now Wood's gone, who makes the footballing decisions as to who stays, who goes, offered new contract, taking up contract extension options?

Re: Regan Booty.

Good addition to the squad and very well thought of at Gateshead, however the one I hoped BAFC would have gone for was Greg Olley who has just signed for York City.

Re: New signings

Gateshead captain Greg Olley leaving, be worth a look at heading into the new season, very highly rated by Heed fans.
Suffered a leg break injury which kept him on the sidelines last season but has since made a full recovery according to news reports.

Re: Wild Leaves

Not sure if Adam has requested an Interview with Paul Hornby? If they agreed, it would provide the opportunity for the BOD to give their side of PW exit saga as well as an update on the search for his successor.

Re: Swindon Town v Barrow: Match thread
Of course Swindon fans would. The infrastructure at Swindon is years ahead of us. They have a ground that’s Championship standard where as ours won’t even be fully EFL 2 complient until next season
Driving down Wilkie Road looking at the back of the main stand you'd think BAFC were...

Sutton fans debating the Barrow goal on their own forum. "Watched their goal on youtube in slow motion (0.25). Keeper does not touch the ball. Absolutely right call. Also, Tope does not foul the keeper. The keeper lands on him while being completely disoriented about the ball. Great calls from ...

Re: Yet another new manager thread

I would give it to Jason Taylor till the end of the season and then hopefully we still in the football league we can take it from there,it’s not that different to last season and getting Kelly to do it , the plus being he knows the players and the club rather than bringing in someone from outside ,...
