Don't think I could disagree with that more really, they are nowhere near on a par with those two. More on a par with us if anything.

I'd agree with most that it's probably two or three defenders, one center mid and one, possibly back up, attacking option that we want, presuming that we keep hold of all the players we want to.

What's the word on Peoboots fitness?

Not sure about Peo, but I believe he can also play right-back?

Peoboots told me the other week he will be back in the summer. I dont know if he has been offered something already or if he has to come back and prove his fitness first, but I would think we'll see him again.

Please fellow Barrow supporters, get a bloody grip. Why are clubs really gonna be after our players, why. We have had a great season as a team ,no individual has stood out, they arnt world beaters.Surely clubs are going to sniff around hyde and southport players and the like, get a reality check please.

If I remember correctly, Bayles said in an interview a week or 2 back that he'll be invited back in pre season to prove his fitness

Do you not think clubs from the league below would be interested in our players, especially those players that live just a few miles away from that particular team and has a comparable budget to us?

DB says he has already spoke to about 7 new players about coming to the club for next season. I hope we don't end up in a situation where players keep us hanging on.

Speaking of Fleetwood, it sounds like they've started releasing people, including Gareth Seddon and Andy Mangan.
