Back to the topic...............This is off Robin Hulberts tweet - this is why its sad at this time of year for genuinley nice (but hard lol) footballers.............

Robin didnt look in great shape fitness wise on saturday very heavily bandaged and struggling to walk ,so would be surprised if fit enough to last a game.Shame really as a fit Robin Hulbert would be an asset to any team,wish him best of luck.....

we should spend some money on players who can't get a game in the prem... someone like fabio from united who will be desperate to play

Nah, Ashley Cole is a much better left back and is within our price range.

yeah coz ashley cole is a reserve who would die to play for us. if someone will text me the managers numbers I'd be happy to phone some up and see who we can sign from them

How about Ben McKenna and Stephen Swinglehurst, two young lads just released by Carlisle - would'nt cost a lot in wages and great prospects, will also want to prove themselves after being let go by Carlisle.

why would we get crap players from a league 2 side???? next you will be suggesting we get players from the leagues below LOL. we need to be looking at loaning some players from the top two leagues. micheal kightley has got an injury maybe a season at holler st will make him fit again and we get a good player for a couple of grand a week. you do the math

Carlisle are in league 1 can still make play offs for championship (just) they're decent players look at Cook he got released by Carlisle

read my joke on the other bit of the site adam29 it's brilliant. another idea I think could spur the team on is if we loaned sheriden from salford and loaned bayliss to manage them for 6 months just to see who's better. and andy cook plays for us not carlisle. and sign some good players for god sake not rubbish like ian craney and stuart fleetwood

carlisle are lucky to stay in league one they could have gone down this season. but rochdale got beat instread.
