Absolute joke, the lad looked promising in pre-season and I was looking forward to seeing how he did once the season got started. Looks like he's joined the Sean Newton, Andy Ferrell, Andy Nicholas club and I'd be amazed if we see him again.

Bayliss is his own worst enemy sometimes.

The club were hoping to loan Obi out last week so we could bring in a replacement.
Louis Almond was one of four players the club talked too.
With him being at Tuesday's match, maybe we can expect to have him on board soon.

If thats the case I would be happy with that little player rotation (nothing against Obi)

Does'nt always work out well coming back (Alan Martin) but if Louis plays to the level we know he can, he'll be an asset to the team without a doubt.

Lisa, can't really see why your mind isn't made up about Jackson yet. He pretty much ran Grimsby's defence ragged the other night & scored to cap off a cracking performance. Him & Boyes look like they could form a pretty good partnership given time.

Obi One looked a goddam nuisance in pre-season. Ask Workingtons big central defender. The lad was up his nose all night and the Reds man did not like it one bit.
Dunno whats happened since then but perhaps a loan is the best thing. He has lots of energy but is raw. Bayles is now getting to be an embarrassment. His substitutions are wildly off and not made at the rite time. He took off our best lad on Tuesday and brought the wrong one on. Rutherford is making no sense but seems to be favoured Personally I would have him out which would leave a bit more room for Boyes to play his correct position instead of being forced wide because of Rutherfords greediness and lack of guile.

Granted Tuesday was a better game but the match before he didn't impress too much. Looks for the pen too easy and that is one of my biggest bug bears, stay on your feet and work for it. That said Louis almond was the same IMO so when I saw him on Tuesday wasn't that impressed if his return was imminent. If Jackson and Boyes are the only option you never know my impressions may change once he has a good run in the side.
