Temperature 1 degree at the moment, but not expected to rise a lot overnight.
Tomorrow according to the Radio Cumbria forecast, temperatures are not expected to exceed 2 degrees.
Touch and go I would say.

A lot milder night expected tonight. Temperatures above freezing and not dropping below 3c tomorrow

The ground in Barrow is a lot softer than over our way; as long as it stays above freezing tonight then I can't see a problem

This game will categorically not be off. Yes its gonna be frosty but with the covers on and a milder night expected it'll be fine.

The milder night might just be wishful thinking.

Just been out to pick my eldest up and my car was already frosting over. The on board thermometer was saying it's -1.5

I wouldn't have been concerned by that normally but if the pitch was frozen at 1pm today, I'd hazard a guess that it will be frozen at 9.30am tomorrow.

Maybe I should put a football boot on and see if my garden will take it?
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

Oh God, I actually did that one year.

So that would be a help Mr Cartman.

We could all go out at a set time, like a survey :D

Just been out again.

Car thermometer says -0.5

Normally, I wouldn't be remotely concerned that the game would be off but the announcement that the pitch was frozen today at dinner time makes me think that either 1)the frost has set in or 2)my car thermometer is shite.
