My point being your just a small club also, if or when as I expect you to get through and you get drawn agsindt a conference side they'll just see you as small time. Even Carlisle (small side themselves) wont even have you lot on the radar. Your talking as if your kings of the non league.

Other way round Dave, but you are right, there are some right whoppers being caught. As long as they don't start causing any bother they are welcome to continue reinforcing my belief the Midlands is only good for nuking.

You lot really are a bunch of deluded northerners if you think that you are going to come to our place and smash us. We have a good young team, that will be cheered on for the full 90 minutes by our crowd in the stand you have pictured. Come a venture round if you wish (as I imagine you'd be stood/sat in the main stand) and we'll show you the "corporate hospitality" and as for what "info" you've been given by Tamworth and Nuneaton fans, you may as well have spoken to David Cameron, he tells the truth more ;) ;)

Firstly let me apologise on behalf of my fellow BAFC fans, we sometimes get a bit above ourselves supporting one of the best football teams in England.

I'm sure you have a lot of questions regarding our famous club and your big day out on Saturday 12th, so let me help you out.

Autographs- It's best waiting till after the game when approaching our players and manager, try not to all swarm at once, everyone will get the chance meeting some top class footballers. Don't be too disappointed if some of our better players don't turn up. I'm sure the manager will bring one or two bigger "names" down so you can all enjoy the "big" day out.

Home town- Feel free to ask any of our fans about the history of our great home town. We often get asked questions about living in such a cultured town. After hearing answers ,please don't be to disheartened. Yes, you do live in a bit of a shit hole but very few places can match Barrow. Maybe Venice or Paris.

Fans- Yes we do have Celebrity followers Helen Skelton, Joey Barton etc. Yes we have some of the most passionate fans around. We did Pyro/smokes before it was cool. We can take anything up to 10000 away. But you being such a small club I wouldn't expect anything above 150.

Defeat- When you do get beat 5-0/6-0/7-0 against what will affectively be our reserve side, please don't stop supporting your team. They tried the best they could and it just wasn't good enough against the pure quality that Barrow have. If you keep believing, some time in the disant future you might reach the dizzying height's of Lancaster city or Kendal town. We may even hire you as a feeder club!

All the best on your Big Cup Final day! Cheers!

In the last 5 years we've taken 6000, 7000 and 12,000 to away games up to 300 miles away

The population of your whole town is 8,300.

So yeah, you'll have to excuse us if we sound like we've never heard of you... because we really, genuinely, haven't. Google tells me you're near Tamworth though, which must be nice if you need to go to a big shop to get some fresh milk or just have a day out.

If our clubs were part of a Sunday dinner - Barrow would would be the roast beef and Atherstone would be a fly annoyingly trying to land on the plate. Now buzz off before we swat you away.
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

I would be up for doing a reverse Souness as well, plant a Barrow flag right in the middle of that [SwearFilter] they call a ground after we hammer them 10-0.
Judging from your solid performance in the recent derby between Furness and Hawcoat, I'd sign you up Burns. Like a slim Steve Mcnulty.
You and the U18 lads must be in with a shout for this game? We could maybe get some of the U14s involved too after their big win this week?

Could let the BDF do a raffle aswell, £1 a ticket the winner gets to play in net.
