Mills did get involved as well, he ran towards our fans as a few of them got set on but not sure if he got em broiled in it fully.

As a Tamworth fan at the game today, I just hope if you draw another Midlands club like us you aren't put off coming. The 8 year olds playing football behind us in the uncovered end had got hold of flares 10 minutes into the game. They must have been hundreds of them around. They just didn't want the police bill.

Oh, 500-600 Barrow fans would have been much worse. How can 10 stewards all above the age of 50 deal with them ???

We always get on well with the tamworth lads (few of us stop over with the likes of Andy/Henry/Randall most games) so no worries on that score, reaction from most other clubs on social media about this shows what people think of it...

Sounds about right with the police bill, too busy trying to save a couple of quid to guarantee the safety and security of fans in the ground... Atherstone fans and board should be feeling incredibly embarrassed with themselves right now.

Can't believe they attacked our fans and the subs !!!!!
Plenty of pictures to go at and a few names.
Would think Atherstone will get the book thrown at them now. The four lads running across the pitch must be easy to recognise.
