my assessment of the situation in the ub forum:

1) if things carry on as they are, we're [SwearFilter].
2) the board can't make Bayliss go till he gets his cash; likewise, the board won't go till they get their cash.

The solution to 2 is raising cash. We can't raise enough cash, so the club carries on as it is, which means it's [SwearFilter].

We could make Meechan manager while we pay off Bayliss so there is little or no change to the wage bill.

A stitch in time saves 9. Now we are in need of a major operation. Meechan wouldn't be a wise move either IMO, a complete overhaul of the club is a necessity.

Agree Meechan is not the answer. Once the job comes up there will be a queue of people. Don't think the board realise that.

I told yesterday that Baylis has some thing on ! one of the director ? Maybe that's why they won't get rid of him ??

Wasn't a serious suggestion btw, just an answer to getting round the payments issue.
I was under the impression from previous quotes that Bayliss was on a rolling 1 month contract so it wouldn't be that much but I don't know how it works with the current employment legislation and what else he's owed or would claim for and how much the club could afford?
