Looks nicely organised, that's great. Personal visit etc. I'm sure they will do this but it might be nice to ring ahead to alert the school secretary (they really run the place) that someone is coming and ask how many tickets exactly.
Another thing that can be a good idea to do is ask for the P.E Subject Leader as they are more likely to give a monkeys and give them out.

No parental accompanying rules either? :D

Well done folks

Fantastic offer, well done.

I'll probably be bringing my Brothers lad along to his first game this weekend, hopefully he'll get the bug & get his Dad to go to the Ferriby game.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

All good stuff, perhaps Dave c or Ste could knock up a poster kinda thing that we could share on facecloth highlighting this,I have plenty of 'friends' with kids of primary school age who I could convince its bad parenting if their kids miss out.

Just a thought to maximise the publicity for this excellent initiative ( this may be happening anyway): ask all the schools concerned if they wouldn't mind letting parents know that their kids are getting these tickets ( by parent mail or text).
My experience as both a teacher and parent is that the children don't always bring home things given out to them or they get stuffed in bottom of school bags to be discovered weeks later!

Whitty, I hand delivered the tickets to Dane Ghyll on Tuesday.

One of my lads got one and the other never (both in the same junior school). Some reckon they were only giving them out to certain years/age groups. He was really looking forward to getting one.

Each school got enough for every child.

As i said above, i'll sort a ticket for any that may have missed out. :scarf:
