So Ive just been sat on the bus and had a thought. My family have some land between Swartmoor and Lindal on the A590 and I could prob talk them into letting us use it. It is right on the side of the a590 i was thinking if we could get access to an old trailer we could make an advertising board and have it facing so anyone driving into the area can see when the next games are etc?

Thoughts?

I think we would snap your hand off! Thanks!

Fantastic gesture, PM me if it's doable.

We've an old "Next Game" board in the GMA, not sure whether it'd be big enough for passing traffic (at speed) to notice but even if not I'm sure it'd be very easy for us to knock something up as a semi permanent fixture after sorting out some sizes with Graphix Signs. Theres also a space for an advertiser on the board.....just a thought, never miss an opportunity :D

Let us know what you think Pete.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Be aware that some councils take umbrage at this method of advertising and will quote and use planning legislation etc to prevent it. That said, it will usually take them a while to send a 'cease and desist' type notice.
