People will have voted, yay or nay (hopefully not too many of the latter) but not posted on here that they have done so. And there is still plenty of time to vote.

Also, I wonder how many of the regular forum posters are members?

I am not a member, I was for some time. I renewed my membership and never received anything (the year the book thing came out), so I never renewed again.

If I was a member I would vote for PC for sure. There is a risk, there always is in new ventures, PC himself said it would be a risk, but the alternative would be to continue losing money as we are now and die slowly.

Seems like a bit of a no brainer to me, and don't forget, not every investor is a potential SV!

I joined up again after a gap of several years to vote. I have made the leap of faith.

Fingers crossed for the future.

Yes or No?

Post by finbar17 » Mon Apr 07, 2014 3:10 pm

Just a simple topic to judge how this vote is going to go. Given the information you have up to today what would your vote be if you were deciding right now. I understand people may want to keep it private and not say and that's fair enough. No need for long explanations or any victimisation of the No voters. Just a simple Yes or No

We already have this on another topic, no need for a new one.

Where Richard?

I tried to get some feedback on this thread but to date, only about 23 or 4 have said that they have voted yes and none have said no, this is obviously about small proportion of the membership. I only hope that it means that a lot of members don't use this forum or are not willing to say how they voted and not that there is apathy towards the vote.

This is one of the biggest events in the clubs history and I'm surprised that there hasn't been more discussion about the vote, there was plenty leading up to it.

I have had a few people contact me asking what, if anything, I know of PC and would I reach out & ask him a few few things if he agreed to take the call so basically I did & I've just got off the phone with him now.

I asked him several questions & we talked at length on his ambitions and idea's for the club, he struck me as honest and forthright & wants the best for the club all round, he was positive and he has people in place with good up to date knowledge of the Non League scene having been involved in it, should the takeover be voted in.

I am not a member anymore (for my own personal reasons) but if I was then I would 100% vote him in & am posting this just to let any folk who are undecided know that he is open to talk if you feel the need.

I hope the 75% is achievable :flag: :scarf:
