Re: Harrogate v Barrow match thread
This is starting to sound a lot like the Boston match with Barrow not taking their chances and Harrogate making the most of less opportunities!

In the first half, Barrow players are getting fouled "At least 3 times" and the Ref waves play on or gives them the free kick , according to the DoddsterLDBF wrote:Any news on the game, must be half-time by now? Updates appreciated

According to this bloke every decision against Barrow is a strage decision. Can Radio Cumbria not afford to take John Goodwin to away matches so we can get a realistic view on what's happening?mickmike wilson wrote:In the first half, Barrow players are getting fouled "At least 3 times" and the Ref waves play on or gives them the free kick , according to the DoddsterLDBF wrote:Any news on the game, must be half-time by now? Re: Harrogate v Barrow match thread
Russell has never liked refs - they are always against Barrow. It's a wonder the club has never faced a charge of bringing the game into disrepute. After all he is a club director blatantly slagging off match officials in the media.russell_anderson wrote:According to this bloke every decision against Barrow is a strage decision. Re: Harrogate v Barrow match thread
Got to be happy with a point I suppose but we still seem a little unsure at the back, looking forward to McWilliams coming back into contention & some of that pre-season solidity reappearing.
Always thought this was going to be a hard game so glad to get it out of the way with a draw, I was always more confident of getting three points on Monday.
Referee sounded quite poor but you never get a decent unbiased picture as Russ Dodd only ever picks out their mistakes for opposing teams.

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.
