First away win, will take that in any circumstances, work to do defensively but am sure Edmo will get it sorted. Great character by the team second half to turn a defeat into a win. Well happy tonight.

Get in there! Worryingly leaky at the back but if we keep scoring at this rate then it can be put to one side and worried about for the next game. Can see that he didn't want to change a side that had just won 4-0, but leaving Andy Burns out in consecutive games is mental!

Think we'll look a lot stronger at the back with two proper full backs in Burns and McWilliams, Cowps is a fantastic footballer but i prefer him further up the pitch, and yet to be convinced by Willis.

As for McMillan sounds like he got a bit of stick today. The thing about him is he's fairly solid in that he rarely costs you a game, but he only ever makes run of the mill regulation saves, you never see him do something worldy to actually win us a game. Can't ever imagine him winning a MOTM award like Hurst or Martin often did for example. Whether you prefer someone a bit more solid but perhaps less likely to pull something out the bag is personal preference. Good that we ca be having a debate about conceding goals on the back of an away win and going top of the league mind.

When was the last time we were top of the league (other than after just 1 or 2 games e.g. after the Oxford game at the start of the 2008-09 season)?

Was it the end of the 1997-98 NPL-winning season?
