Good idea as the Cross Bar (as a name is a bit boring) What could be the choices? I suppose there's the obvious like naming it after someone who means something to the club & supporters.......Ray Wilkie (not sure how you'd tie that in with a club house/bar though) Cowps....again, how do you connect him to a bar - oh yeah he was always in one when telling Ray Wilkie he was training

There'll always be the older players/managers going back some generations or, something more connected with big events in our history.
I just had another thought jump to the front of my mind, remember Robins Nest? what about doing the same with a well known local celeb.............gonna stop there before I get myself into trouble

It's an interesting one though & again something to involve supporters with.

Fine as it is. No point naming it after someone if it's getting knocked down in a few years in all developments go to plan

We have wilkie road, Ray wilkie stand, perhaps it could be the "the Brian keen lounge" after all without his efforts none of this (sorry Mr Casson!)would be happening!

Ray Wilkie (RIP) is covered for things named after him.

I think naming it after a player is a good idea Paul Jones would be a good one after everything he gave for the club.

Cowps or somebody that is before my time from our football league days?

I think when we newly develop the corporate rooms then's the time for Cowps, Jonah etc.

Ray Wilkie's got a road and a stand and rightly so of course. Brian's Life President and same.

Maybe it should be connected in some way to club in general...Ziggers, Bluebird Bar, or just the town -Barrovians (with Duffin pics etc- easier to market too)

Not the Cross Bar though, really want that changed.

With names it would just be like Wukkie where they have "Shankleys Bar", so it is doable if thats the will of the majority.
