Lost season ticket

My lad in his words has 'misplaced' his season ticket.
I was wondering who would be the best person at the club to get in touch with in the vain hope it has been handed in?
Also if there was anyway to check that if it has been found is it still being used?

Hi,

If you ring the club they will have a list of season tickets.

They can freeze the old one and issue a new one.

Sorry Pete, but what you mean is the club will just issue a new one, there will be no freezing of the old one.

I know for certain that in the past new tickets have been given out and old ones continued to be used. Not blaming anyone but this sort of thing has gone on for years and really does need tightening up. It's not hard to make sure the turnstile operators have a list of ticket numbers that are invalid, and more importantly that they refer to it and use it properly.

Just a little update on this because all I ever read are negative comments regarding the staff who run the shop.
I phoned and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who reassured me that a replacement would be made available,36 hours later the postman was putting it through my letter box .
So I would like to thank Steve and Suzanne for a first class service.

Some guy at work said he had seen a season ticket for sale on some barrow selling website today,rather strange.
