Interesting that the now Tamworth manager was actually training with Barrow at the start of the season and praised the Barrow training sessions.
We normally never get to know who actually has trained with the club.

In pre-season I think many players who aren't contracted to a particular club train with various clubs in order to try and get a contract at that club. At some sessions I think we had quite a number of players training with us.
When I was at the Penrith friendly I thought it looked impressive the way the players were put through their paces and various different exercises and training routines they were doing before the match as well as the warm-downs after the match.
