Re: The Great Bluebird Weigh Off
Stalled this week, only lost half a pound so same weight, with Valentines meal and full English in the hotel to come...
Must work hard in the half term, determined to at least get the 2 stones off for Lowestoft.

A great man once said
Aye, eat too much pizza and you may die. Eat Broccoli, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one last slice, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our Pizza, but they'll never take... OUR Broccoli!
Re: The Great Bluebird Weigh Off

Happy as Larry that I'm down to 17 stone 6 today which is a stone and 3 pounds off.
Mostly cutting out cheese, bread and crisps, bevvy during week and walking roughly 10 miles a week. We could all do that.

Well done Nipps, think you've lost more than me not weighing in till Saturday and Manchester was rather fattening. Have had to start cycling

Re: The Great Bluebird Weigh Off
The run in has taken it's toll and much to your relief
I expect not to have lost two stone. Chorley away alone added 4 pounds in weight
I have lost quite a bit, am happy to either weigh myself on the Friday morning we set off, or lug scales down to Lowestoft if
must.
Thoughts?

Re: The Great Bluebird Weigh Off
There have been some remarkable differences in shapes I must say.
Well done lads, it isn't easy.

Final weigh in for me. 16 stone11 . So lost 26 pounds.
Delighted to get under 17 but 2 pounds more would have got more for the trust. Its been good i want to loose a lot more and will keep going. Thanks to those that pledged.

Re: The Great Bluebird Weigh Off
What is the official individual weight loss total for all three of our weigh off candidates. Just so I can clear my debts.
