I see that AFC Flylde play at Worcester City tomorrow night (17th). Should give us more of an idea where we need to be. Just wish we could score a few more goals coz if it comes down to goal difference they will go up.

All we have to do is match or better their result at Worcester City. IMO our hardest game left out of the eight.

Worcester is one of the tougher ones but they're missing a lot of first teamers apparently, both ourselves and Fylde should be looking to beat them if we want to go up. As stated, as long as we better or match Fyldes results each week then I am happy from now.

They also play Hyde on Saturday which will massively help their goal difference, that last minute equaliser for them on Saturday was huge

Yeah, we're effectively 2.5 points ahead if you look at it that way. Worrying about goal difference is pointless now, because if we surrender the points advantage to Fylde, we're unlikely to improve our goal difference in the process. 1-0 wins and shutting up shop will do from here on in.

can see worcester doing us a massive favour tomorrow, we will go there Sat and pick up all 3 points happy days.

Could do with them helping us.

Worcester face a number of changes going into the next few games. They have a number of players that have recently been in and out of the side with injury over the last few games. One player missed Saturday through injury and is now also suspended for the matches against Fylde and Barrow. They also have another player still suspended for that slam dunk on a Stockport player. Defender Wayne Thomas has just left the club this weekend for a coaching role in the US, although he does not seem to have featured in the last few games he has played most of the season in the Worcester defence. On loan Southport duo, defender Jonathan Lynch and striker Micah Evans, who has scored 2 in the last 2 games might not be available if they are unable to extended their loans in time for the Fylde game.

Hopefully Fylde's stuttering form will play a part.

There is a video interview with the Worcester manager on the Worcester official site after Saturdays 4-1 win at Solihull. It shows the 2 Gedde's free kicks/goals, not the best goalkeeping in the world but they all count.

According to the Southport forum one has returned to Haig Ave, the other is staying at Worcester

Every game will be doubly difficult from now on due to the increased pressure we face & the other teams face facing relegation or trying for the playoffs, we could easily win away at Worcester then lose at home to BPA, enjoy the ride all because there will twists and turns when you lease expect it, exciting isn't it.

Last minute equaliser at Chorleh plus the new signings have given them confidence.
