Pre-Season

Just seen Jason Walker in the gym and he was saying that the squad have been doing "ridiculous" things up the Lakes and his legs are wrecked! I'm guessing Edmo has had them running up his old man I mean Coniston Old Man! Here's hoping for an uber fit squad for the forthcoming season!

The team's twitterati were all putting out generic messages that they'd be #pushingthelimits with some cardio/fitness company.

Herbalife-tastic.

its a tough league,the team has to be ready physically and am sure Edmo knows what is required. All bodes well imo.

Pushing the limits is run by a firm called Cassius (available to see online) and they operate from my estate in thills.Never saw the team in action running past my house but they will have certainly been put through their paces.Roll on the new season :skill:

Looking at the state Cook was in I hope he's done extra?
