For those clowns that were booing the substitution of Walker for Wilson it actually sounded like they were booing Walker for having a bad game - is that what they wanted it to sound like because at the Holker end that was what it did sound like!!! It seemed as though Walker put his head down when he was leaving the pitch as though the booing could have been aimed at him.
Regarding the substitution I could see why Wilson was brought on for Walker because he is bigger and more physical to deal with their defenders and did win the pen for us. I agree there were others on the pitch that were terrible and should have been taken off before then but booing an unrelated substitution sends the wrong messages.

The main issue for us today was the midfield which was atrocious. We have no idea about going forward to the point we don't seem to know what to do when we have the ball? The centre-mid pairing of Lacey & Cowps didn't work because neither of them are ball players and we looked more decisive when ARH came on to provide a better balance and make the telling passes. Haworth & VDB were awful (again) and I really don't know why Newby isn't even given a proper chance instead of them?
Symington was better than usual at full back but that isn't saying a lot is it and was one of those at fault for their breakaway goal - he certainly wasn't MOTM (Mike Wilson stop winding people up). I agree with Ashton being given the MOTM award.

Agreed he was onside.
Not because Ashton was playing him onside but because the Kidderminster player was in his own half when the ball was played.
Symington had gone to were the corner was being taken from, presumably to take it but was then sent away by Haworth who took the kick.
Symington was then out of position and not enough Barrow players were back to cover the breakaway leaving a one on one situation.

Really need a change in management team.
Last year Fylde gifted us the league.
We struggled to beat the likes of Hyde last year got knocked out of the cups by lesser teams.
We gifted Halifax their first win and today could not beat the bottom side even missing two penalty's
Lack of quality and even less Management ability.
