This Saturday.

Post by spirit of 1990 » Mon Apr 25, 2016 5:21 pm

With it being a 5:30pm KO there are a few things going on in the X Bar for anyone wanting to have a few early pints....& get out of the shopping.

Anyone wishing to arrive early, between 2:00 & 2:30pm Paul is offering to buy you a drink. He will also be available to answer any questions you might have about next season (or whatever else you manage to get out of him ;) ) The club are also hoping to have pies or pie & peas on sale as a bit of a trial.

After the game the Trust & NSC will be presenting their player of the year trophies, also in the X Bar.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

That's a nice gesture and good that the club is open early and let all those who have been going on about pies support the venture.
I wonder who's supplying the pies.
I was meeting Bahamasbluebird for a meal but our plans may have to be altered now. If I arrive just after the 2-30 deadline I hope I still qualify for the freebie. Mind you if there's a queue a mile long it might not matter if I am a tad late.
P.S. Mine's a Bailey's please. No ice.

5:30 is it - really?

Hushka kabushka I nearly came a cropper there - first I've heard of it. So is this the future? 5:30, free booze and pie n peas? I might grow to like it!

Hope it's a great final game and Great atmosphere. Full credit to all the players and management for getting us up to mid table after Tranmeregate. Very optimistic about next season if we can keep our key players.
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels

There isn't a chance in hell that they'll bring 1,000 fans.
Unless you mean the overall attendance might tip 1,000, then I'd say you might be right.

Wrexham won't bring 1000 - I'd say 150 tops ( if that )

I hope they put those tops in the Club Shop - might make it look like a retail outlet and not a museum!
