Re: Andy Cook
You got to keep that lad. Reminds me of myself in my prime.
Coxy told me though ,if cook dont sign a deal then he may take me on £70 a week and £2.50 a goal.
Better than the deal offered by the wukkie board.

Re: Andy Cook
you're aiming too high at £70 Emile - and you'd never collect on the £2.50'semileheskey wrote:You got to keep that lad. Reminds me of myself in my prime.

Yes with Barrow. Casson has exceeded any other clubs offers.chipmunx wrote:hope so - and that it's with Barrow not anyone elseBAFC_Lewis wrote:Heard he's signed a 2 year contract X

Re: Andy Cook
If he was keen to stay he'd of signed by now! I suspect he'll end up at one of the big-payers in conference national, or perhaps league 2.
Cooky's a good player but I think Cox probably has an ace up his sleeve and will be able to bring in someone just as good, if not better!! Matt Rhead perhaps?? I don't think we've seen the last of Liam Hearn either.....both of which would be more than adequate to replace Cooky....

Re: Andy Cook
He's in the form of his life and will do it all again next season. Don't think we'd be far away with Cook, Tomlinson and Walker. These three with one more real quality striker coming in would take us right up there. As good as any set of strikers we could have and will be better for knowing the club and each other.
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels

Re: Andy Cook
I hope Tomlinson stays, but I can't see Walker been here next season. At his age I'd guess he's looking to play regularly but he's not the type of player Cox likes to start. I can see him at a Conf North side next year....AFC Fylde?? Salford City??Jonty wrote:He's in the form of his life and will do it all again next season. Re: Andy Cook
Spot on! Perhaps even two of them for the same money! For me Cooky is not consistent enough, and is sometimes too greedy. No problem if he leaves - there are better out there.Bluey VIII wrote:

Re: Andy Cook
Well, assuming the Lad might not,and probably doesn't, take an interest in the pragmatic side of a football clubs-stability, finance's etc,He would be ill-advised to join Carlisel imo, because reading between the lines the way Radio Cumbria portrays them they are in s--t street.SKIPPER wrote:He really will be if he signs for Carlisle !
