Really? Can't say I'd noticed. :o

Some of 'em were putting a decent shift each match. A good 10%, I'd say.

Don't know who they are/were Graham.
I am just repeating what Andy Wood told the listeners tonight.

Kill the messenger ;)

Don't anyone sue me but it went something like this...
Andy Wood on BBC RC said not wrote:...Ashley Grimes went out today ... Southport ... he is going to be followed, I think, by Neil Ashton at some point soon... possibly Mellor to go out somewhere as well ... not only do you get rid of their wage I think you could probably get rid of their, the negativity inside the squad as well ... I've heard from several players that play for Barrow and have played for Barrow that there is a very small group in there that came in during the Edmo reign that are very negative about everything ... the manager will know that ... I'm not saying it's any of those we've just mentioned ... but he will know ...
You can listen to it on BBC site here, Barrow related stuff starts about 9:45 the above partial quote is from 17:10.

I just picked up that the National League has scrapped the transfer windows for next season. Don't know if this is in response to losing emergency loans.

Be interesting to see if this changes things. Like the Maidstone boss says the pressure is off, to get everyone in before the window closes.

Stefan Mclusky?
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

A 4th winger.
He has a good goal scoring record though.
