Up to £790 now, thanks to the last two anonymous donations, one of whom I am sure is a very good chap from the North East who pops through to see us and Nipps, also going to Koln.

Really pleased with how it's going. For those that can, if you don't like online, remember the club are collecting at the office and we'll also be collecting at the Trust Shop next Tuesday night, so long as I make it!!

Done a fair bit of hitch-hiking in my younger years: Buxton Rock Festival, Reading Rock Festival, Knebworth Fayre + numerous gigs.
Never as far as Torquay, though.
It can be rough on the road and dangerous too so... Good Luck to you and a Fiver from me.

Me and a mate hitched to Paris and back over a prolonged weekend once when we were given two extra 'floating days' in Vickers. Got a lift from a rainy Edgeware Road in north London to Newby Bridge - we showed our immense gratitude by falling asleep in the back!
