I predict, no entry to the bar again.
Stewards worse than last season,
And a 2_2 draw.

Wonder if any of the people that get us the reputation on the FGR forum are going?

To get a point would be a good result down there. If we managed to get 3pts we'd have 2000+ in HS next Tuesday.
Going for 1-1 with Big Moussa getting Barrows goal.
Northern Lights, Ormsgill Reservoir Sundown

Couldn't give a monkeys about going near them, their food or their bar and I am buying the ticket online so we don't have the ridiculous steward's intervention or indeed 'angry dad's performance. I will be giving all their club officials as wide a berth as possible.

We owe these. I think we will win 1-0 with a Harrison header

Good post on the FGR forum....

"On paper this will be FGR's stiffest test of the season, Barrow sit second in the last six form guide....I'll go for a 4-1 win to FGR"

[SwearFilter] knows how many they think they'll put past the Guiseley's & Southport's of this league if we're the stiffest test of the season but they'll shove four past us! Most of the others are fairly sensible.

FGR 0 v 2 Barrow.

Byron and Moussa.

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

We have nothing to fear from any team in this league. We have good momentum and the lads will be confident of getting a result, but I think FGR will be the toughest test so far. I'm hopeless at predictions and whatever I say will be wrong, so I'll go for a 2-0 defeat.

Why do you predict no entry to their Club House Bar? I was looking forward to their selection of Real Ales...

Nailsworth has 5 pubs, one of which has its own brewery, the other 4 serve real ale,I'll be looking for a telly ,Liverpool kick off at 12.30.

What we will probably do is get the bus to drop us in the village, for those that want, then those that prefer to go straight to ground will be taken there where they can go to the clubhouse. It only takes 5-10 minutes to do both when we get there.

All should happen just around the early kick off time, traffic permitting en route.

You'll be lucky!
4hrs 30 mins drive - approx. We set off at 8.00am + stops for the driver.

I fancy a couple in The Village Inn (it has its own brewery) followed by a walk up the hill to The Green Man.
I think that's all we'll have time for!

How long does it take to walk up that hill, Steve?
