Haha, very good.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Probably more to do with teams now taking a little bit more notice of him during games, he must be mentioned quite a bit in most opposing managers pre-match talks.
Seems a very strange comment by you though Jo am back....[/quote]

I agree he is getting more attention from the opposition and I am not criticising him. All players have little ups and downs in form :D :D :D
Just say no to VAR :sentoff:

Pleased for both these players as long as it doesn't interfere with our progress. Very surprised at the comment on Williams because in the next couple of years he's going to be playing at a higher level hopefully at Barrow AFC.
Williams has to sit Woking out (5 Yellows) which might just freshen him up.

In outfield play when in possession he hasn't been as effective over the last couple of games, but opposition teams are wise to him, and often have two players on him when he gets wide. That in itself frees others up.
He is a really hardworking player, and does a great deal off the ball.
Don't overlook a huge quality he has - dead balls. They have a real quality to them. It was his corner that allowed Bennet a free header to score against Tranmere.
He'll be missed, fortunately for not very long.

JW has been consistent. Diatribe stuff from those who have no idea on quality

Even though we are doing really well so far (and it's early days), we can't be too possessive about our players!
In Dixon's case it must be a confidence booster (if he needs it), and as far as Williams is concerned it's a confirmation (if necessary) of his quality.
Cox is more than canny enough to find a way to stop them playing if he wants, but I suspect he'll be delighted for them too, and encourage them to go.
Spot on - let's congratulate them instead of griping about how important these games are. They are on the ladder which could lead to much greater things. Well done guys.

Without Williams Bennett would not of scored against tranmere.
He put an even better cross in shortly after the goal.
These little bits of quality are the things that win games at this level because let's be honest playing football doesn't happen for 90 minutes.
He isn't the finished article but the lad works harder than any other player.

If we draw in the FA cup the England C game will clash with the replay so neither will be making the trip.

Hopefully we can see TT off at the first attempt.
