Think it depends on Cassons take on things. I know he loves a cup run and of course Wembley is at stake.

But if he's being serious about promotion, maybe we are best out of this. Tricky one.

We have some very good players not getting a game at present, so no better time to give a few of them some much needed game time.
But saying that Cox and co will still take the competition seriously it's in their DNA.
Might be a good excuse for the Beeb to feature a third series Class of 92, if they advance.

I think the biggest factor what team is put out against either Harrogate or Salford in the FA Trophy is the result of Sunday's FA cup match at Bristol Rovers.
If Barrow draw that match and are drawn against a Premier league side in the 3rd round, then fringe players might make up the FA Trophy line up.
The Bristol Rovers replay would be on Tuesday 13th December, just 3 days after the trophy match.
Can't see many first team players being risked in the trophy if such a big game is looming.

Having been to both grounds not overly bothered that I will miss this game.

Harrogate hopefully as can't be arsed with the class of 92 [SwearFilter].

Wouldn't be a bad thing to get knocked out as the league is far more important than the trophy this season.

If they are serious footballers they should be trying to win every game - no matter which competition - league, cup, or trophy.

Yes, but it is pretty obvious to suggest the more games we have in competitions other than the league, the more we are likely to fall behind. We aren't Man United of 1999 looking to win a treble we are a small team with the hope of either a good cup run or a league win. Perhaps if we had already been knocked out of the FA cup or if we were mid table in the league this game would be more important.

I would take a win tonight over a win against Salford / Harrogate
