Could be off I reckon,good for me ,work stopped me going. Fancy it rearranged end of march and were still in title contention,several hundred making the trip,sounds good.

Won't be March as League games that are postponed are supposed to be rearranged within 6 weeks of the original date unless other circumstances dictate and its agreed with the National League that it can be later than that.
Looking at the overnight temperatures it could freeze but it may not be warm enough to thaw out tomorrow, in addition they want this game off as their FA Cup game is on Friday so don't know how hard they'll try to get the game on?
In the event it does go ahead I think they'll have one eye on the Cup match and this should be advantage to us, in addition to the fact we'll be full of confidence after Saturday so I reckon we'll win 2-0 if it does go ahead (Williams and Hannah).

Planning to go to this, though the weather is now an important factor.
Any one any idea about time of pitch inspections and such things?

I think it will be off frozen pitch, if it off tonight, will it be right for Friday in the cup.

Just going through Macc on the train (a bit late due to lineside problems at Rugeley). It is only a little bit frosty but sun is out, it is already thawing and it looks much better than it did down south when I left. If they had frost covers on then this game should not be in doubt at all. Even if they didn't then I would say it had a good chance. Canals are not even frozen at all.

Macclesfield have a good set of covers, but as John said maybe they will "forget" to use them with Friday in mind.

Met Office revised weather forecast for Macclesfield is currently 1° degree warmer than it was earlier this afternoon, forecast for the game is now 0° (feeling like -3°) and not getting any colder. Hopefully game on.
