Excellent post. Reading out those words of wisdom from an informed Matlock Town supporter, is the best prematch motivational tool a manager could wish for. Mr Cox thanks you most sincerely.

We'll be dotting the i's and crossing the t's by half time. The North is no place for jessies, the only thing you'll get from this game is chilblains.

The humbling that Matlock fan sneared
On the hour we Barrow fans feared,
but a few minutes later
this poor master baiter
looked a bit of a prat it appeared
