Which leads to one undisputed conclusion. The FA is an ass. If he is allowed to play in the game he should by the same token be allowed to miss it and count it in his ban.Kieran wrote:Isn't the rule worded something like "banned from all football related activities until the club has completed x number of first team matches"? I thought it was, which would exclude him from playing in any game even if it doesn't count towards his ban.Van Der Nipper wrote:No skipper he got 3 games but tonight doesn't count.

Rochdale played very similar to the cup game (albeit at a lower level) passed the ball well and moved quickly into space, deserved win
Jack Thomas looked good for us, can see why Cox doesn't pick Harry P in the league
Old fella in front of the press box shouting at the top of his voice slagging our young full back off helpful as ever

Agree with most of that, can't comment on the old fella!! Didn't like the way Liam Hughes berated Harry Mellen after Hughes heavy touch was miraculously kept in by Mellen but not surprisingly he lost possession.HenneysKnee wrote:Rochdale played very similar to the cup game (albeit at a lower level) passed the ball well and moved quickly into space, deserved win

After quite an evenly fought out first half Rochdale were just a bit smarter and quicker in the final third. The Barrow team a bit like me seemed to lose interest the longer the game went on.
