Think Paul Casson will keep to his budget.
But Paul Cox never took the Nott's County job which is alot nearer home
He took the Torquay job only to realise there was no money and left.
With Paul Casson he will judge him on what he said he would do and what he has done.

Hartlepool would be a step in the dark.
It will be more about how he feels towards the Chairman
